The ability to influence others effectively is a critical one for women to be successful leaders. Yet most influencing models are not designed with women in mind; they don’t focus specifically on the way women typically think, speak and act in their leadership roles.
The rules and models about how to be more influential need to be rewritten so they pertain to how women work and lead. Strategies that are more holistic, embodied and collaborative are required.
It’s important for women to challenge conventional thinking about what generates influence and to stretch beyond traditional frameworks of win-lose scenarios in the business world. Women need to apply more collaborative approaches and strategies in which everyone is involved, everyone wins and everyone is satisfied with the results.
In this webinar we will:
1. Explore how traditional influencing models limit women leaders
2. Learn how women think, speak and act in a way that naturally influences others
3. Identify how to leverage the wisdom of the mind and body and use other specific strategies to be more influential
