Parking and the ADA Revisited
This session will explore common situations involving accessible parking across a broad range of Titles under the ADA. How far must employers go in their obligations to provide parking as reasonable accommodation? What are private businesses' obligations in terms of removing barriers in customer parking? Are tenants entitled to reserved, accessible parking spaces in their housing? What happens if there isn't enough accessible parking at your local polling facility? Tune in as we revisit this persistent topic in our ever changing landscape.
