Brian Hamilton

Brian Hamilton co-founded Sageworks, the country’s first fintech company, which was one of the largest providers of software to U.S. banks. He sold the company to a leading private equity firm in 2018. He is also the founder of the Brian Hamilton Foundation and Inmates to Entrepreneurs, both national organizations committed to making entrepreneurship for all. Hamilton holds multiple patents for his work in automating financial analysis. He is a regular guest on CNBC and is regularly quoted in and writes for all major national media publications. He is also a contributor to Inc. magazine. The first in his family to attend college, Brian holds an undergraduate degree from Sacred Heart University, where he served on the Board of Trustees, and an MBA from Duke University.
Harry L Williams
President & CEO @The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF)
Harry L. Williams serves as president & CEO of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), the nation’s largest organization exclusively representing the Black College Community. TMCF’s 47 member-schools make up the publicly-supported Historically Black Colleges (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs) which represent nearly 300,000 students. Under his leadership as President & CEO, TMCF has focused on creating innovative partnerships, increasing organizational sustainability, and advancing bipartisan advocacy. As a strategic thinker and visionary, Williams has announced unique global partnerships with some of the nation’s most recognized corporations and brands such as The Boeing Company, Gucci, and Hennessy USA. He has also successfully re-imagined long term partnerships with organizations such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Lowe’s, the NBA, and Wells Fargo, cementing TMCF has the premier source of major employers seeking top diverse talent for competitive internships.
George Spencer

George F. Spencer is currently the Chief Development Officer for Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF). Since joining in 2010, Mr. Spencer has held several roles and currently oversees the business development function and revenue generation strategies for TMCF’s programs. Prior to joining TMCF, Mr. Spencer served as Director of Community Partnerships for RushmoreDrive.com, IAC’s newly launched programming business unit serving the online needs of this country’s Black community. Prior to RushmoreDrive.com, Mr. Spencer served as Senior Software Configuration Manager for IAC’s real estate and mortgage subsidiary, LendingTree.com. Before joining LendingTree.com, Mr. Spencer spent 8 years with Bank of America as a lead systems engineer specializing in developing strategic release management processes and practices for government and commercial clients.
