Silvia Karman Cubiñá is the Executive Director and Chief Curator of The Bass Museum of Art, a post she has held since 2008. During her tenure, Silvia has led a $12 million institutional transformation, complete with a building renovation by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Arata Isozaki and David Gauld. In her role as chief curator, Silvia has organized more than 40 major exhibitions and leads the museum's vision for growing the contemporary collection.
