2019 Mercer Annual Survey of Employer Sponsored Health Plans
The 2019 Mercer National Survey of Employer-Sponsored Health Plans is the largest of its kind. Our speakers will share the latest insights that were gleaned from the survey and provide a roadmap to build a future-ready benefits strategy for a healthier and happier workforce. Survey findings are based on responses from more than 2,500 employers of all sizes and industries. Special focus will be given on strategies to combat the challenge of balancing cost and affordability, seize the power of networks, reimagine the patient experience, and optimize program design and administration.

1. Why diverse workforce needs are shaping employer strategies now more than cost management has in the past
2. How organizations are helping members find the best providers and using steerage techniques to drive improved quality outcomes
3. What solutions are being churned out due to health innovation, both digital and otherwise, for a broad spectrum of health needs
