The Housing Ombudsman Service - Complaint Handling Code Webinar
We have published our new Complaint Handling Code, developed in consultation with the sector with the aim of achieving greater consistency across landlords’ complaint-handling procedures. It is part of our strengthened powers set out in the revised Housing Ombudsman Scheme. The revised Scheme took effect on the 1 September. The session will also cover our new complaint handling failure orders also due to be published next month and part of the revised Scheme.
