Dr Anthony Francis NEOH  QC SC JP (Moderator) (Chairman @Asian Academy of International Law)
Dr Neoh is a senior member of the Hong Kong Bar specialising in international litigation, arbitration and financial regulatory matters. From 1991 to 1994, he was a member of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Council and its Listing Committee, and chaired its Disciplinary Committee and Debt Securities Group, and was Co-Chairman of the Legal Committee of the Hong Kong and China Listing Working Group. From 1999 to 2004, he was Chief Advisor of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, at the personal invitation of former Premier Zhu Rongji.

Professor ZHAO Yun (Professor and Head of the Department of Law @The University of Hong Kong)
Professor Zhao Yun is Henry Cheng Professor in International Law and Head of the Department of Law at The University of Hong Kong (HKU); Ph.D. (Erasmus University Rotterdam); LL.M. (Leiden University); LL.M. and LL.B. (China University of Political Science and Law). Professor Zhao is currently the Representative of the Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (ROAP) of the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH); Standing Council Member of the Chinese Society of International Law and the Chinese Society of Private International Law; Chair Professor at Xiamen University (2020–2023); Chair Professor at Tianjin University of Finance and Economics (2018–2021). He is listed as arbitrator in several international arbitration commissions. He has published widely on various topics including Dispute Resolution and Space Law in particular.
