The seminar will outline the legislation that governs the Labour Relations Board (the “Board”) and the composition and structure of the Board. Other applicable legislation that may involve the Board will also be referenced.
Participants will be made aware of how the Board receives, processes, investigates and resolves applications, complaints, appeals and other matters that may be brought before the Board.
Presenters will discuss practical tips and suggestions related to filing documents with the Board and the presentation of hearings before the Board, including the Board’s Rules of Procedure and policy circulars and other documents related to Board practice.
Participants will be given an opportunity to ask questions related to the practice and procedure of the Board.
