Improve Processes and Increase Efficiency
Since the assembly line was created, organizations have been looking for ways to innovate how to make their product the most efficient and well oiled machine it could be. Toyota coined the term "lean" processes in the 80s and it has been spreading to organizations outside of manufacturing since. The goal of lean is to deliver the product to the customer quickly, efficiently, and without error. In animal care, our customers extend beyond our guests, it's our coworkers, ourselves, and even the animals themselves. In a field where time is money, it literally pays to be efficient and error free. Lean has many tools to discover the root cause to inefficient processes within an organization and techniques to eliminate that waste. In this webinar we will examine a technique for identifying and eliminating waste.
