With two decades of corporate social responsibility (CSR), nonprofit executive management and agency leadership experience, Maureen Carlson is a veteran in the corporate partnership and social good space. For more than a decade, Maureen has been a sought after thought leader in the Corporate Partnership, Sponsorship Sales and Corporate Social Responsibility space. Prior to launching Catalist, Maureen was the President of a social good agency, Good Scout, where she created best practices corporate/cause partnerships that have ignited more than $150 million in incremental fundraising and billions of branding impressions for her clients. Maureen is a nationally recognized speaker on the topic of corporate/cause partnerships and Corporate Social Responsibility, peer-to-peer strategies, successful selling and more. Her work has been seen in Forbes, The Nonprofit Times and Huffington Post and in the book, Nonprofit Selling 101.
Dineen Boyle

Dineen leads Corporate Social Responsibility for Planet Fitness, one of the largest and fastest-growing franchisors and operators of fitness centers in the United States. Her responsibilities include managing the brand’s fast-growing philanthropic initiative and charitable partnerships, empowering PF team members to give back in communities where they live and work, conducting cause marketing fundraising campaigns, and overseeing the brand’s ESG focus areas. Prior to spearheading CSR efforts, Dineen oversaw Planet Fitness’ franchise and internal communications, including during the Company’s IPO, and managed Public Relations for corporate-owned locations. Before joining the Company, she worked for a Boston-based Public Relations agency, where she helped to drive campaigns for clients in the high tech industry, and oversaw marketing for an independent wealth management firm. Dineen graduated cum laude from Boston College, where she received a bachelor’s degree in English.
