Tom O’Toole is Associate Dean of Executive Education at Kellogg Business School. Prior to this role, Tom was the Executive Director of the Program for Data Analytics at Kellogg, and clinical professor of Marketing, at Northwestern University. He was previously the CMO and President of MileagePlus at United Airlines and before that the CMO of Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Tom has been a leader in the travel industry for many years and is very actively involved in multiple ways. Many of our listeners know and have worked or work now with Tom. And, he’s a good friend of ADARA.
Carolyn Corda

Carolyn Corda is an industry leader in customer data and predictive intelligence. As the Chief Marketing Officer of ADARA, she is responsible for aligning the brand with the company’s expanding mission and growth goals. Prior to ADARA she was a Managing Director at Accenture where she led the Applied Intelligence practice for the travel sector. Before that role, Carolyn was a senior executive at Epsilon with responsibility for developing and launching new data solutions.
