The 2020 winner of the AgriFutures NSW/ACT Rural Women’s Award, Cressida founded Pecora Dairy in 2011, an artisan sheep milk dairy and cheesery in the NSW Sothern Highlands. She is building Dairy Cocoon, an online platform to support small scale dairy farmers to transform and grow their business. It will include a range of business tools, information and education, as well as access to industry experts and mentors.
