Can COVID save artisan cheesemakers?
COVID-19 has disrupted many industries – but for artisan cheesemakers, it’s not all bad news.

Join Farm Writers on 30 October to hear insights from sheep milk dairy farmer Cressida Cains on how the dairy industry is thriving in spite of the pandemic.

Australians are more interested in where their food comes from and keen to ‘buy local’, while the reduction in international flights has limited the availability of some imports. Online sales have provided an outlet where farmers markets have closed, and Cressida believes the interest in provenance will endure.
