Join Rick and special guest from Norway, tour guide Pål Bjarne Johansen, in celebrating Syttende Mai, Norway's Constitution Day. In Oslo, we'll be inspired by Norway’s maritime heritage — from Viking ships to Artic explorations vessels to the Kon-Tiki — and ogle lavish illustrations of Norwegian history inside City Hall. Then we'll tour Norway's livable and lovable second city of Bergen, and delve into other aspects of Norwegian culture, from the Viking Age to its fjords, valleys, and other natural wonders. For dinner, we'll dig into Norway’s beloved open-face sandwiches and long, skinny wieners — and wash it down (repeatedly) with a "Happy Birthday, Norway" toast featuring the famous Viking firewater, akvavit.
