Brandon has more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, from his start in 1998 teaching martial arts to children and moving on to training elite level athletes. Brandon works with people from all different fitness demographics ranging from total physical transformations, to pre- and post-rehabilitation work, and training for recreation (fun).
Brandon is a US Army Veteran, former professional combat athlete, and family oriented professional. He consults with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals with activities that fit within their daily lives.
