Dr. Jennifer Aaker is the General Atlantic Professor at Stanford Graduate School of Business—and a highly sought-after speaker on the application of behavioral science to help companies positively impact human well-being through technology, business practices, story, and purpose-driven leadership. Dr. Aaker is the co-author of several books, including the The Dragonfly Effect, which has been translated into over 10 languages, and more recently, the national bestseller, Humor, Seriously, focused on why and how humor can be used as a secret weapon in business and life. She’s also been widely published in leading scientific journals and her work has been featured in The Economist, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, BusinessWeek, Forbes, NPR, Inc., and Science.
Lele Mason

SaLesha “Lele” Mason is an actress, comedian, and the co-founder of the all-Black female improv troupe, EbonyEssenceJet. A former K-12 teacher with a master’s degree in Public Administration, Lele has been giving presentations on professional development, team building, and communication for more than 15 years. A member of the Second City community since 2012, she lives by the motto “all the world’s a stage, so each day give the show of a lifetime.”
Jeannie Cahill Griggs

Jeannie Cahill Griggs has been working for The Second City since 2008. She has performed numerous shows for them on land and at sea aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines. She loves teaching improv and teaches in the Youth and Teen Programs, Wellness Programs, and Adult Improv Programs. She holds a theater degree from The University of Virginia.
Connie Malamed
Connie Malamed is a consultant, author, and speaker in the fields of online learning and visual communication and the author of the books, Visual Design Solutions and Visual Language for Designers. She’s the founder of the Mastering Instructional Design community and eLearning Coach website and podcast, and has been honored with the Guild Master award for contributions to the learning technologies industry.
