Having received positive feedback from members following the recent online SGM, the Dons Trust Board are pleased to announce the launch of a series of more intimate online surgeries - and you are invited.
Each month, a couple of Dons Trust Board representatives will host a Q&A with members via Zoom. This will allow for more in depth, and more personal, direct engagement between fans and their elected representatives.
Leading the way for the first in the series are Luke Mackenzie and Graham Stacey.
You are invited to send questions over in advance to email@example.com by noon on Wednesday, July 22 and Luke and Graham will attempt to answer them over the course of an hour on Friday 24. You will also be able to ask questions live on the night via Zoom's chat function.
Luke says: “Following on from recent surveys on matchday experience, season tickets and debentures, this is something a bit more direct and personal. I hope it’s enjoyable and interesting.”
Graham adds: “We are proud to be a fan-owned club and there’s no better way to get to know what the fans want than by speaking to them and hearing from them directly.”
Luke is on the Stadium Committee while Graham is involved with fan engagement, and Graham says: “I would hope we are asked questions about our respective areas, which we will be able to answer as fully as possible, but you really can ask us anything - whether it’s about bringing back Bayo or what bubbly we should stock in the bar. We realise it’s a Friday night so feel free to grab a beer and we can chat about whatever you like. It really is up to you.”
The session will be recorded and made available after the event.
If you have any queries about joining the event please email Hannah on firstname.lastname@example.org.
We hope you can join us.
