Virtual Learning Series Part 3 - Web Site Structure and Understanding Your Visitors

Part 3 of the Virtual Learning Series will be hosted by Chris Vonditsianos, e-Commerce and Analytics Lead for the Digital Service Squad. The presentation will focus on the structure of a website as well as the basic traffic indicators a business should be tracking. Website structure is extremely important and Chris will dive into this and explain how this could effect CR (conversion rate) and even benefit SEO. He will then go into detail about the analytics that can be found and viewed in order to better optimize your site and increase those conversion rates! Softwares mentioned will be Google Analytics, HotJar, Google Optimize, Wordpress and a few alternatives to the ones mentioned.
