Is your hard work in the vineyard making your sparkling wine pop?
Great wines are made in the vineyard, but how does what we do in the vineyard result in those great wines? How much impact can labour-intensive vineyard practices have on sparkling wines? Vineyard trials investigating crop load and leaf removal were carried out in the warm and dry 2010 season and the cool and wet 2011 season. After five years on lees, the wines from these trials have now been tasted and tested and results will be presented and discussed during this webinar.
