High Performers vs. High Potentials: Creating an Inclusive Talent Pipeline
The Rotman Intercultural Skills Lab partners with the Women Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub, led by Ryerson's Diversity Institute to host a panel discussion on how cultural values influence our perceptions about career advancement and its impact on creating an inclusive talent pipeline.

Planning for an inclusive leadership team that shows the strengths of our diversity is vital for the success of all organizations. Some of our current strategies in building an inclusive talent pipeline may often create barriers for diverse individuals, particularly women and visible minority communities.

This one hour webinar, will address how various cultures understand and value performance and potential differently and provide solutions on how they can be addressed. Talent managers will learn strategies for encouraging talent mobility and creating an inclusive retention culture, and individual contributors will learn some tips and tools to help them communicate the value they bring to their employer.

Join Dr. Wendy Cukier, Founder of the Diversity Institute as she leads a discussion with Mary Ann Mendes, Managing Director at BMO, Lisa Sohanpal, Founder and CEO of Nom Noms World Food and Nadine Spencer, CEO of BrandEQ Group Inc.
