Jennifer is President & CEO of InsideHeads, a 20-year marketing & insights consulting company. A veteran of marketing research and pioneer in web-based methods, she studies how people express themselves online and the best methods for collecting feedback. A frequent writer and presenter, Jennifer co-authored “Qual-Online, the Essential Guide," and has been teaching a graduate class on the same subject at Michigan State University since 2015.
