Collections Operations: Solutions to Combat Call Blocking and Spam Mislabeling
Neustar will discuss the issues and industry initiatives to remove the barriers to outbound dialing.

According to ACA International, 78% of credit and collections companies report their calls being blocked and 74% report their calls being mislabeled as spam. With the dramatic increase in robocalls and fraud, consumers no longer trust incoming phone calls. Regulators have stepped in to protect consumers, and though these regulations are well-intended, many legitimate calls are being inadvertently blocked or mislabeled as spam.

Attend this webinar to learn options to improve outbound dialing strategies, including…

• Solutions to mitigate call blocking and spam mislabeling
• Best practices for business caller identification programs to create brand trust
• Authoritative lists for registering business numbers
