Lessons Learned – Sharing and Improving Your Operations
We can all learn from others.

A documented “lessons learned” is a powerful method of sharing ideas for improving safety, work processes, operations, and quality. It can increase effectiveness, efficiency and builds on the experience of others. Sharing lessons learned can also warn others of a potential hazard.

Please join us for the first CEA Safety Forum of the year when two CEA Safety Committee members share their lessons learned. The first incident involves an arc flash and the second incident involves a pipe explosion.
