Charter Commission Public Hearing - September 13, 2021
Live public comments, either In-Person or Virtual, for the Charter Commission Public Hearing will be accepted for those who have preregistered via this form by Monday, September 13, 2021, 11:00 a.m.

Individuals wishing to speak in-Person, may also sign up In-Person starting at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 13, 2021.

Speakers will have at most 3 minutes to speak. The Charter Commission Chairman may modify the time limit for each speaker, or other procedures as needed to conduct an orderly and efficient meeting.

Please complete the registration form below and click on “Register.” After completing the registration, you will receive an email notice on Monday afternoon regarding the status of your registration. Instructions on joining and speaking will be included in the email notice.

For Virtual public speakers, the meeting will open at 5:25 p.m. on Monday, September 13, 2021.

For in-person public speakers, please arrive at the KU Edwards Campus, BEST Conference Center, 12604 Quivira Road, Overland Park, KS starting at 5:00 p.m. Per the University of Kansas (KU), everyone on campus, including those who are fully vaccinated must wear a cloth face covering, surgical/medical face mask, or Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR) suit over one’s mouth and nose. Any person opting not to wear a mask may avail themselves of our virtual participation option.
