CIPD Coronavirus webinar series: Supporting the mental wellbeing of frontline workers
After a year of intense and traumatic working conditions for frontline and key workers, many are suffering from burnout and are at risk of suffering from mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety and PTSD. Employers have a vital role to support their mental wellbeing now and beyond the pandemic.

Join our webinar to learn how to effectively support the mental health of your frontline and key workers, the role of occupational health in discussing the support available and the need for a compassionate leadership culture to tackle stigma around mental health.

Our panel of experts includes:
• Ben Willmott, Head of Public Policy, CIPD
• Gail Kinman, Visiting Professor of Occupational Health Psychology, Birkbeck University of London
• Steve Lee, Interim Head of Health and Wellbeing, NHS England

The session will be chaired by Lesley Richards, Head of CIPD Wales. Attendees can submit questions in advance using Communications@cipd.co.uk

Please note: If you’re unable to join, the recording will be available on our website afterwards at cipd.co.uk/news-views/coronavirus/webinars.
