She supports the development of successful digital strategies in educational institutions. Karen is a Microsoft Innovative Education Master Trainer and specialises in the use of Office 365 as a platform for Learning and Teaching with a particular focus on Microsoft Teams and OneNote. Karen has more than 10 years of teaching experience in both the UK and Ireland and has previously worked in one of the Microsoft Showcase Schools.
