Youth Strength and Power is designed to elevate teenagers' fitness to a higher level, while improving their coordination and movement strategies. This is a fast-paced circuit training class that challenges the individual's motor control, balance, strength, and coordination in functional and sport-specific movements. Agility, jump training, and plyometrics are included; however modifications will be made as needed to accommodate for individual fitness levels and capabilities. Drop in to see if you can outperform our physical therapist on these advanced movements!
