Supported Decision Making in Healthcare and Life Planning
Supported Decision Making is a fast growing national trend for adults with disabilities determining how to make decisions in adulthood. Join us for a workshop with national Supported Decision Making expert, Jonathan Martinis, from the Burton Blatt Institute. Jonathan will discuss how to use Supported Decision Making in all aspects of healthcare, from annual physicals to emergency surgery. He will also review the use of Supported Decision Making in planning for a full life, including aging with a disability.
