Flat Rock's Nature vs. Nurture
We're here to deliberate an age-old question in the wine world ~ Nature vs. Nurture, vineyard character vs. cellar practices. In this case, wild fermented Nature will contend with Nurture, a wine fermented with a selected lab-cultured yeast.
A very knowledgeable, and yet divided group will be leading you through a tasting and comparison of the 2 wines. Plus, special guest Nicole Mangiacotte from our sister brewery Shawn & Ed will be joining in to add some beer perspective to the lively discussion.
