The PUC is the state agency that is investigating the proposed rate increase and will make the final determination as to what increase, if any, is just and reasonable.
The public input hearings will be held telephonically at 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2020, Wednesday, July 8, 2020 and Thursday, July 9, 2020.
To testify at a hearing, you must either:
• Contact the Office of Consumer Advocate (OCA) at 1-800-684-6560 no later than 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 6, 2020, or
