How has the COVID-19 pandemic impacted public attitudes?
The National Centre for Social Research (NatCen) is Britain’s largest independent social research organisation. On 21st October, NatCen will publish findings from its annual British Social Attitudes survey.

Since 1983 we've been measuring and tracking changes in people's social, political and moral attitudes, to understand what it’s like to live in Britain what the public thinks about how Britain is run.

Join us for this special event where we will explore the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on public policy and the structure of society. This year’s report examines welfare, inequality, the role of law and conformity, and how people’s attitudes have changed towards work.

At this webinar, we will also discuss social attitudes in a post-Brexit Britain, and review what the impact of Brexit and the onset of the pandemic has had on levels of political trust and confidence in the government.
