Striving and Thriving - An exclusive virtual speaker series
Building resilience skills for uncertain times, with Garry Watanabe
Resilience isn’t built in the peaks; it’s built in the troughs.

You are invited to join performance expert Garry Watanabe on Thursday, November 19, for an interactive session providing techniques to manage stress and build emotional strength.
With the horizons of our daily lives constrained by the pandemic, uncertainty and anxiety are natural responses.

Watanabe breaks down the unique sources of the pressure we feel today, and offers practical tools to enhance resilience through this challenging time in our lives.

Key session takeaway:
• Principles of a proven resilience model focused on self-awareness, new skills and methods, and built-in accountability and support

For Ontario College Board Excellence or Leadership Excellence program participants: this session counts as one (1) elective credit for the Advanced Good Governance Certificate or the Leadership Excellence Certificate.
