QI/Population Health webinar series

Pediatric providers and primary care practices are invited to attend a webinar hosted by North Carolina Medicaid and NC Area Health Education Centers (AHEC). Join us to learn more about the Prenatal and Post-Partum Care. DHB team will be presenting on Access to Care, Medicaid Enrollment/Presumptive Eligibility, 12-month Post-Partum Extension, and Reproductive Life Planning.

Providers will be given the space to ask questions about these topics at the end of the presentation.
