Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a 6-week workshop that gives you the skills to take care of yourself while caring for someone else. Taking care of your own health and well-being benefits both you and your loved one. These tools will help you:

• Locate helpful resources
Participants will receive The Caregiver Help Book to accompany the class and additional caregiver resources. Spaces are limited to 15 participants.
