The innovating sales training and support delivered over these years by Elay’s team to thousands of sales professionals resulted in unprecedented hyper-growth. Elay authored the book SalesHood: How Winning Sales Managers Inspire Sales Teams To Succeed.
Quyen Chang

Quyen Chang (aka "Q" similar to the James Bond reference) is a leader with 12+ years of experience focused on scaling, mentoring, and enabling successful teams. She started her career at Salesforce, where she spent 8 years in a variety of roles, including consulting, IT program management, and enablement for the Sales and Solution Engineering communities. After Salesforce, Quyen was responsible for leading Sales/SDR onboarding and assisting with marketing programs at Zenefits. Now at FinancialForce, she is responsible for leading field enablement for the go-to-market teams and assisting with customer programs and events. Q also loves to tell stories on her weekly blog CheersfromQ where she shares insights on community, vulnerability, and self-awareness.
