This program has also focused their efforts on disadvantaged individuals who may struggle returning to work or face barriers to employment. These programs help speed up the process of increasing an individual’s readiness for the workforce.
Workforce Development Training and Outreach Programs
Goodwill of North Georgia
Goodwill’s workforce development program focuses on training individuals to be more competitive employees. The program includes a work-related skills evaluation, community internship experience, job readiness skills training, and even job placement assistance for those with disabilities. Goodwill of North Georgia has focused on reaching those who are facing barriers and increasing their value as potential employees.
