Dr. DeGuzman will provide background information about how efforts to implement telemedicine in public libraries began around the country. She will discuss her research evaluating implementation strategies from the earliest adopters of this practice, including their successes and challenges, to help guide libraries in setting up their programs.

Dr. Pam DeGuzman is an Associate Professor of Nursing at the University of Virginia School of Nursing and the lead Nursing Scientist for UVa Health.
