As we implement a vaccination program for Covid19, are there times in the past that we can look to for lessons about this time? During WWII, scientists developed a promising treatment for infections into a drug--Penicillin. Students will also learn about research into an Influenza vaccine that reached a useful version by the end of the war. Appropriate for Grades 5+
