Sarah's 30 minute indoor workout
Even though we can't Nordic walk we absolutely want you to keep up your hard earned fitness, so join Sarah for a 30 minute indoor exercise session every Monday at 9.30am.

You'll be able to see Sarah but she won't be able to see you so it doesn't matter what you're wearing, but make sure you have some room around you to move. You may also want to have your poles or a couple of tins to hand. There's a chat box so you can talk to Sarah or other walkers afterwards.

Clair and Rachael will also be doing 30 minute workouts on a Wednesday and Friday at the same time and you'll need to register for each instructor. We hope to see you there!
