Tilman Singer in conversation for LUZ
Fantastic Film Festival Australia (FFFA) presents a live in-discussion event, hosted by FFFA director Hudson Sowada, with Tilman Singer, the director of the sophisticated and mesmerising demonic possession feature LUZ.

LUZ is now available to stream exclusively on Classic, Lido, Cameo and Ritz Cinemas' 'At Home' platform: https://bit.ly/LuzAtHome

Luz, a young cabdriver, drags herself into the brightly lit entrance of a run-down police station. A demonic entity follows her, determined to finally be close to the woman it loves. Shot on 16mm and featuring a dark, jazz-synth score, LUZ is an aesthetic delight signalling a bold new direction for horror cinema. Taking festivals worldwide by storm and receiving rave critical reviews, this unsettling and stylish film is the debut feature of director Tilman Singer.

Born in Leipzig, Singer graduated from the famed Academy of Media Arts Cologne. He has directed several short films, commercials and music videos. His debut feature film LUZ was a festival sensation and received unanimous praise from critics around the world. He currently lives and works in Berlin.
