Early Career Principals Webinar: What Keeps Me Up At Night, What Keeps Me Going - National Distinguished Principals
The Principalship can be likened to playing a game of chess. You make too many wrong moves and you can lose the game. If you allow yourself to be consumed by what mistakes you might make, you’ll never enjoy being a principal. This webinar will offer leadership strategies and district support mechanisms from a superintendent’s perspective that can help early career principals envision ways to navigate their complex job requirements. Time will be allowed too for participants to engage with a panel of early career principals to discover ways to survive and thrive and reduce feelings of frustration, isolation, and burnout.
