River water quality modelling and management (Water Quality 3/3)
Catchment managers require various tools to assess the possible water quality status of rivers under various scenarios. River water quality models, which simulate the fate and transport of contaminants under different scenarios, are useful tools for managers engaged in water resource planning or waste water control. These models can be of three types - empirical black box, conceptual grey box, and numerical white box.

In this webinar, we will discuss about these three modelling types, identify which model is appropriate for given objectives, and how these models can be used for operational water resources management.
