How To Help Your Teen Learn Civil Discourse
We are in a challenging moment in history, where political division and lack of constructive conversation around the issues facing our communities is difficult to come by. From topics like systemic racism in America, to civil unrest, to criminal justice and reform, to COVID-19, and beyond, the time is right to equip the young people in our lives with the tools they need to engage on these topics -- no matter which side of the issues they may fall on.

On Thursday, January 21, join Inspire School of Arts & Sciences for a digital webinar designed to support parents in helping their teens engage in civil discourse. Attendees will learn what civil discourse is and how it relates to the social and political issues of our time, how to communicate effectively around these issues with people we do and don’t agree with, and how to have these important conversations in a safe environment with teens.
