During the webinar, Jana Martella, co-director at the Center on Enhancing Early Learning Outcomes (CEELO), will present the report State Teacher Evaluation Systems: Fifty State Scan on Resources for Early Childhood Teachers. Connors-Tadros will explain how states have addressed evaluating and supporting the knowledge and skills of their early childhood educators. Next, REL Central in partnership with presenters from the Colorado Department of Education will provide a review of a recent project they partnered with REL Central on to create a resource supporting the evaluation and growth of early childhood educators in Colorado.
