Coronavirus update: CECA members’ legal and contractual position
Tom Pemberton and Kieran Fano of Goodman Derrick solicitors will deliver a presentation on the legal and contractual position of CECA members in the face of the Coronavirus pandemic and the measures taken by the government to control it. The hour of presentations will consider whether there has been any change in the position since the easing of the lockdown restrictions announced by the Prime Minister on 10 May.

Plenty of time has been allocated for Q&A.
