Join MSU Denver as the Office of the President, Division of Student Affairs, the Gender Institute for Teaching and Advocacy, the Center for Multicultural Engagement and Inclusion, and Equity Peer Leaders present "A Conversation with Professor Ibram X. Kendi on Being an Antiracist,” moderated by Jordan Matthews, MSU Denver Lead Equity Peer Leader.

Professor Kendi is the Andrew W. Mellon Professor in the Humanities at Boston University and the BU Center for Antiracist Research. He is a contributing writer at The Atlantic and a CBS News racial justice contributor. Kendi is the 2020-2021 Frances B. Professor Kendi will join MSU Denver students, faculty, staff, and community members in answering questions regarding his research on antiracism. This 1-hour Q&A will serve as a continuation of MSU Denver's institutional commitment to antiracism and the role of higher education in dismantling systems of oppression and racial injustice.

MSU Denver community members can submit questions for the Q&A portion of the event to cmei@msudenver.edu. Given the limited time, the facilitators cannot guarantee all submitted questions will be asked during the event.
