The Importance of Including Youth Voices on Gender-based Violence and Maltreatment of Young People
Following prompts for a deeper look into these topics, NCD Child, the University of Miami and the Lancet Commission on Gender-based Violence and Maltreatment of Young People present a youth panel inviting perspectives on gender-based violence and maltreatment of young people, including the diverse voices of young people and survivors of violence and maltreatment. The webinar will examine prevention frameworks and support strategies across the life course, with a special focus on the COVID-19 era, and with an eye to engaging young people as active and positive change agents.
