Rhianna will talk about what inspired this shift, the hugely positive impact of recruiting a full-time research librarian to the marketing team, activities, and the response from libraries and faculties.
Davin Pukulis is the UK and Ireland marketing lead for Salesforce Professional Services. Over the last 15 years, he has led teams in high-growth B2C and B2B technology and services organisations in the UK, Germany, and the US. He believes that every brand has a voice, and that great storytelling is what makes it sing.
Rhianna Gamble is Head of Marketing and Engagement at IFIS, a not-for-profit publisher and educational charity in food and health science. Rhianna is a mental health champion and enjoys contributing to the community through professional volunteering. She is co-Webmaster for SLA's FAER division and was recently elected Vice-Chair of the British Section of the Institute of Food Technologists and to the Executive Council of Research4Life.
