SDAHO Webinar: Price Transparency and the No Surprise Act
Learn about Price Transparency and the No Surprise Act and what is required for Jan 1, 2o22.

Congress passed the No Surprises Act to protect patients from surprise medical bills and created a process to resolve payment disputes between insurance plans and healthcare providers. HHS has determined that the requirement to provide good faith estimates to insured individuals (which were to include services by co-providers) was not possible by January 1, 2022.
PARA will walk you through the 15 data elements needed for the good faith estimates that must be incorporated in easy-to-read language. We will also walk you through the mandatory disclosure notice to ensure your facility is fully compliant by Jan 1, 2022.

PARA is prepared to assist your facility with implementing the requirements being enforced beginning January 1, 2022 - presenting a good faith estimate of charges to the self-pay patients.
