As of April 2018. Martha has been the pastor of Peakland Baptist Church, Lynchburg, VA. Before that, she served on the ministerial staff of St John's Baptist, Charlotte from 2001-2018. Martha received her MDiv in Pastoral Studies from the School of Divinity at Gardner-Webb University in 2007, where she was a CBF Leadership Scholar, and was ordained by St. John’s Baptist Church that same year.
