Gwyn Williams is a consultant ophthalmologist from Swansea Bay University health Board with an interest in Medical Retina. He is also an honorary senior lecturer at Swansea University. He has written several textbooks about eye diseases and writes regularly in the medical press. His medical retina team in Swansea is highly multidisciplinary including orthoptists, optometrists, nurses and doctors both inside and outside the hospital. He has completed the Welsh Coast Path and is currently working his way up Offa’s Dyke (slowly).
